Contribution to the Community — Business

Entries open Entries close 4 September 2026
For businesses, the entry will need to demonstrate impact made through their CSR / Community Investment programme (excluding sponsorships). Contribution to the community activities could be through volunteer and charity work or by targeted initiatives or programmes where the organisation has gone above and beyond to support the local community. The judges will be looking for an organisation that by using their influence responsibly, innovation and passion and has brought about lasting sustainable change which is making a difference within the local community and encourages others to do the same.

This category is only open to South Cheshire Chamber members.
Entry criteria
Details of the type of positive local impact that initiatives, projects and collaborations have made e.g. specific community support, enhanced learning, efficiencies, best practice, organisational growth and people development
Evidence of positive outcomes – quantitative and or qualitative
An overview of the long term and sustainable impact of initiatives, projects and collaborations
Details of how these initiatives align with your organisation’s values
Details of any other external recognition received for their impact
