We empower stroke survivors to recover, rebuild and reclaim their lives through fun and engaging activities. This in turn builds confidence, motivation and resilience and reduces social isolation and improves mental health and wellbeing.
We were established in 2018 in Crewe when the CEO father survived a stroke and we became a Charity in July 2024x
Due to need and demand we opened our second group in Alsager in 2022., our 3rd group in Sandbach. 2023 and Nantwich 2024. 
Our objectives and aims are based around communication, memory, mental well-being, physical skills, cognitive skills, peer support and fun.
