Hi, I'm Bev, founder of Butterfly People Development.

Butterfly People Development was born in June 2024, offering Insights Discovery, Lego Serious Play, bespoke leadership training and 121 coaching.

I am an accredited Insights Licenced Practitioner, Lego Serious Play Facilitator, CIPD Qualified in  Learning & Development Practice, ILM Level 5 Qualified in Coaching & Mentoring and Kirkpatrick Bronze Certification in the 4 Levels of Evaluation. 

I focus mainly on middle managers who want to develop their essential skills and those 'would like to be manager' who are showing potential to move to the next level. 

I am happy to run workshops and 121 coaching for all levels. 

I have been in the learning and development field for 23 years, as business partner and manager. The sectors I have worked in are aviation, retail and fuel. 

Butterfly People Development is a perfect choice for small businesses who do not have a people development team. 

I live in Nantwich with my husband John and my beautiful German Shepherd Dog Emily and our passion is going away to places all over the UK in our caravan called Lauren!
