Hi there, I’m Anna, the founder of Room 11 Coaching.

Room 11 came to life in 2021 when I completed a Level 7 Diploma in Transformational Coaching, accredited through the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Before this, I spent almost 20 years running businesses in the children’s activity sector, and discovered a passion (and knack!) for ‘selling over the phone.’ During that time, I trained, coached, and mentored thousands of people, helping them refine their skills, grow their confidence, and achieve results they didn’t think possible.

At Room 11 Coaching, my belief is simple: everyone can achieve more than they imagine. Too often we ‘get in our own way,’ and the transformative power of a mindset shift is underestimated. That’s where I come in.

Today, I help businesses and individuals to think differently, sell brilliantly, and build cultures that thrive. Whether it’s through one-to-one coaching, team training, or my flagship programme The Person at the End of the Phone, my approach blends strategy, mindset, and confidence to unlock real, lasting results.

I work with Individuals, Teams, and Business Leaders to help them learn and grow. We challenge beliefs and assumptions, verbalise thoughts, find better ways of working and challenge and overcome blockers that are holding us back…. to name just a few.

I love helping teams to grow develop and thrive and Transactional Analysis is an important aspect of my coaching philosophy.

All of my coaching is carried out using Appreciative Inquiry (a strengths-based approach to change, using positive questions to identify and build on what works well) and is an emotions-based practice- so we really get under the skin of what is going on. 

I help you to build the skills toolkit that is right for you.

As a Coach, I attend regular group supervision and I abide by the EMCC Code of Ethics and Competency Framework, all of which are in place to ensure that not only do I have the appropriate level of knowledge, but I can also demonstrate that I apply it effectively in my practice.
