ELEV8 is a leadership and workplace culture consultancy based in South Cheshire, working with values-led organisations that are under pressure: colleges, schools and multi-academy trusts, training providers, charities, social enterprises, community groups and public sector teams.
Most organisations already know what is going wrong. Morale is low, people stop speaking up, change meets resistance. These are usually called culture problems, but they are leadership problems. Culture is shaped every day by how leaders behave, what they reward, what they ignore and how they handle pressure. ELEV8 helps leadership teams see that honestly and change it in practical ways.
What we do:
We run leadership and culture workshops, in person or online, that are experiential and built around your organisation's real situation. We deliver bespoke consultancy and training programmes for leadership teams who want sustained change rather than a one-off away day. We offer Evalu8, a suite of diagnostic tools that measure the things an organisation can act on, including colleague engagement, wellbeing and leadership feedback. Each is tailored to your systems and language, and produces a bespoke report, not a generic score. We also provide speaking, facilitation and coaching.
Our approach is called Culture by Design. It uses eight levers (Evaluate, Educate, Communicate, Integrate, Collaborate, Cultivate, Celebrate and Facilitate) to turn honest findings into a clear plan.
ELEV8 is led by Amy Fowles, who has a 20 year career in leadership, including more than 15 years in further education, skills and higher education, with a background in apprenticeships and quality improvement.
