Having worked closely with Motherwell, My CWA and Friends for Leisure I have realised how important feeling confidence and empowered is.
My sessions give you confidence and empower individuals that may have previously experienced vulnerability but also whilst having fun!

My sessions are inclusive, I adapt to all abilities.
